Calgary, Alberta, came alive to celebrate these lovebirds as they sealed their union with a vibrant traditional engagement and an unforgettable after-wedding party, following their white and registry marriage the month before. The day was a dazzling showcase of rich Nigerian Owanbe culture, with stunning Aso-Ebi styles in full display. Guests rekindled their love as couples danced romantically, while the bridal train wowed everyone with their perfectly choreographed, energetic steps. The bride’s parents added to the joy with their graceful moves, and the couple themselves radiated happiness as they danced and openly professed their love.

As the lead MC for the day, I had the honor of working alongside two incredible colleagues— @titi.speaks as the Alaga and @precioussam29 at the after-party. Together, we created pure magic, keeping guests engaged, entertained, and fully immersed in the beauty of the celebration.
